The famous style icon, Lauren Bacall is all set to launch her own jewelry collection in partnership with Weinman Bros. The jewelry collection will bear her name and will be called ‘Bacall’. The collection is expected to hit the stores this fall.
The Weinman Bros. was founded by David and Sam Weinman in 1912. The firm is a private firm and is currently being run by Robert Weinman, grandson of David. Up till now, the company focused on the antique reproduction.
Bacall, who has received a number of awards like the Tony awards in 1970 and 1981, began her career in 1944. She has also made a number of Broadway appearances throughout her career in the industry. She also received the Kennedy Center Honors in 1997.
